In the event that the 2023 Ruicci Cup is cancelled by the MSWHL, all teams will be refunded in full.
Individual teams will have until February 10th, 2023 to cancel the tournament with a full refund. Teams who cancel on or after February 10th, 2023 will forfeit the tournament fee.
